A day in chef’s life
8.00am
The day is just beginning. Orders are checked, suppliers unload all fresh vegetables, meat and fish, staff begin the necessary preparation, cutting, chopping and the fires are lit.
12.00pm
Everyone is in their place, the restaurant is laid out to perfection, the chef takes one last look at the kitchen, tastes and checks and gives the trigger. The service starts !!!
15.00pm
The restaurant is full, people enjoy and the chef visits his customers for impressions and remarks they may have.
18.00pm
It’s coffee time! The customers accompany their coffee with their delicious dessert as the next shift comes to the kitchen which cleans again and cuts and chops and prepares for the dinner.
21.00pm
The restaurant is full again; the trays leave full and return empty. The chef inspects the whole process as well as talks to his customers.

Another demanding day has come to an end. The kitchen is scrubbed and polished thoroughly. Everyone in charge checks their post – records their shortcomings and everyone together prepares for the next day’s orders.
