Combine mayonnaise, curry, lemon juice, and tabasco in a bowl. Add crab and tobiko and stir gently. Try and add salt if necessary.
To make the dressing, mix the lime juice with mirin and slowly add the olive oil.
Put a cooking ring with a diameter of 8 cm on a deep plate and put the crab mixture there. Drizzle with the sauce and, if desired, garnish with various sprouts, dried chili and paprika.
