Oysters with jalapeno pepper dressing

Ingredients
- 5 oysters per serving
- 50 gr. jalapeno
- 70 ml of sunflower oil
- 5 gr. garlic puree
- 60 ml vinegar
- 4 gr. salt
Execution
We open the oysters and rinse them very well with running water so that there is absolutely no sand in them.
Mash the remaining ingredients with blender rod to make the dressing.
Pour the sauce over the oysters and grill for about 1 minute.
Serve them on top of a layer of sea salt if desired for effect.
TIP
The ingredients of the dressing are enough for 4-6 portions.
